3. Gettysburg Battlefield
In 1863, The battle of Gettysburg was a three-day battle and one of the bloodiest, most violent battles to happen in America, killing about 50,000 young men. The battlegrounds in Pennsylvania are said to be haunted with the souls of the young soldiers who fought brutally in the war. They say the soldiers wander throughout the fields, unable to accept their fate.
4. The Myrtles Plantation
Located in St. Francisville, La. and built in 1796, this estate has claimed to witness as many as 10 murders, and in turn becoming home to many ghosts. But there is one more specific than the rest.
As the legend goes, a slave named Chloe had her ear chopped off by her master after getting caught eavesdropping. But you know what they say about revenge… Allegedly, she poisoned his birthday cake and killed two of the slave owners’ daughters, whom also are said to haunt the grounds. Chloe was hung by fellow slaves and is also said to still be seen today, without an ear and all.paranormal, paranormal, paranormal
